Self-awareness is a concept that has gained increasing attention in recent years, and with good reason. This seminar will explore why self-awareness is important, what exactly it is and how to develop it for success in the personal and professional realm.
Yogesh Sharda is an internationally renowned personal development specialist and meditation teacher.
Yogesh Sharda was born in Malawi, Africa, with an Indian background and brought up in London and Oxford, England. Yogesh Sharda has been a Personal Development trainer and workshop facilitator for over 20 years, globally presenting many hundreds of seminars, workshops and courses for businesses, hospitals, universities and youth organisations. His training comes from the “Academy for a Better World” in Mount Abu, India and the “Global Retreat Centre” in Oxford, England, both run by the Brahma Kumaris University.
The seminar will be in English Language.
