Professor Dimitris Bourantas is the Provost of NYC, and the Director of the Executive MBA and the MSc in Human Resource Management. Dimitris Bourantas was the founder and director for many years of the postgraduate programmes Human Resources Management and Executive MBA at the Athens University of Economics and Business. He has directed a large number of research projects in Greece, whereas he has published a large number of papers in prestigious scientific journals worldwide. Professor Bourantas has published best-selling books related to Management, Leadership and Human Resources Management. He has also written essays for the general public and novels. Professor Bourantas has also many years of experience as member of the Board of Directors, consultant and trainer across a large number of successful corporations. Professor Bourantas has been awarded, repeatedly, for “Teaching Excellence” by the Athens University of Economics and Technology.
